Boxing + Kickboxing training
-
Fight preparation built on real experience in the ring.
Training is about learning how to read a fight — managing distance, timing your moments, and knowing when to press and when to step off. You work on making decisions under pressure, adjusting when things change, and staying sharp as rounds wear on.
Sessions cover game planning, pacing, and situational sparring, with the focus on applying your skills when it counts. For first-time fighters and athletes looking to raise their fight level.
-
Kickboxing training focused on learning clean technique and controlled power.
Work breaks down punches, kicks, balance, and timing — building combinations, managing range, and learning how to move, strike, and reset with intent.
-

8-week Fight prep intensive
An eight-week fight camp built for people stepping into competition.
This camp is for amateur and recreational fighters preparing for a first bout or their next one. Training runs over eight weeks with two focused sessions per week, built around what you’ll face in the fight.
The preparation is shaped by Malic’s background as a professional fighter and his track record preparing amateur and recreational fighters in Amsterdam. Fighters who go through this camp step in sharp, composed, and ready to win.
Malic plans your training around the fight. You follow a clear schedule, build toward the right peak, and get fight-week guidance so you know how to train, recover, and show up when it matters.
Sessions focus on what wins fights: technique that holds up, conditioning that lasts, distance, timing, pacing, and making the right decisions under pressure.
